Most Blood Cord Banks do not plan to increase storage rates. If it became necessary due to increased costs, they likely would not increase the price above the CPI (Consumer Price Index), currently at less than 2%. If I Choose the 20 Year Storage Option, and Needed To Use the Blood Before the Time Was Up, Would My Costs Be Reimbursed? Yes, most Blood Cord Banks will do this on a pro-rated basis.
